Puzzled!!!

o.k...I'm leaving now. Obviously there are things I don't know - medication? Southern Class's children? A troll? What does that even mean? Is there history on these boards? I'm too new, I guess, so I'm out of here - hope all works out for those involved.

Rated R movies are not appropriate for 10-yr-olds, no matter what. I don't even do PG-13 with DD's, 8 and 10. In fact, older DD was at a party where they were going to watch a PG-13 and she and several others said they weren't allowed so they changed movies. I was quite proud of her (although, if she had called to ask, I would have let her watch that particular show!)

So, I think you're on the right track, stick to your instincts. I hope the custody issues work out for the best for your fiance's daughter.

I also have reported this thread because I don't even think people like her should be open for attack.

Yes, which a number of people responded simply with "it's not appropriate/necessary to call CPS. We were then told we were wrong (and in the case of some people, worse accusations)

Nobody ever knows enough facts based on a simple post on a BB, so people asked for more details, like a better idea of what the drinking involved. No details were given, just wild theories of molestation and claims that other mothers are horrible (including, I assume, mothers here on the DIS).

She actually first said she didn't have ANY kids, then she said she has never delivered a child, then she said she adopted 2 kids, but wait, she said she doesn't have any kids.

The story changes by the minute, I highly suggest you get out you boots because it tends to get deep in here whenever she opens her mouth.

no no no - I didn't feel you were yelling at all...I honestly DIDN'T know. I kinda thought it...I just never realized it was common knowledge and this is one of her alter egos.

First of all, raise your children any way you want but do not tell me how to raise mine!!

--I am the immature one when you sit around on a talk board all day and have cute little nick names for people who draw conviction to your lives.

--Where are my children, with their father because of my illness and that is the only reason. I was by myself and needed medical care sometimes weeks at a time and their was no way I could watch my children the way they needed to be watched and I was not going to have them raised in a daycare with people with values like some of yours.

think when you become a mother you are supposed to mature on a certain level and set an example for your children not teach them how to drink and dress like little hoochies and introduce them to movies they have no business watching.

o.k...I couldn't leave. This post is freaking me out completely! I have no idea who DD is and I feel like I'm watching a soap opera only I don't know what's going on and I'm trying to catch up.

I have NO knowledge of this OP and I was just answering a question, so I guess I am truly an innocent bystander in all this. So you're saying this OP used to go by another name? I usually don't post to these types of threads, but I just can't seem to stop myself. The OP obviously doesn't agree with the DF's X, but the issues that she is bringing up are truly none of her business. These issues if are so much of a concern for her DF then HE and his X need to work them out. She is not even the step-parent. This is how bad blood and much pain begins in custody battles like this.. "I know better than the mom..." I hope the OP thinks long and hard about advise given..
