puzzled?

We got our cruise docs for August Wonder and were issued cat. 9, room 2106. A couple of days ago, I called to book an excursion in Nassau ( glass bottom boat, how is it? ) and received a fax back for confirmation. I just got around to really looking at it and noticed that it lists us as cat. 5, room 7078. All I did was give them the reservation number, no other info. The rest of the info on the fax i.e. names and birthdates is correct so I know its the right reservation number. Could I possibly have gotten an upgrade since I got my cruise docs or is this a mistake? Has this ever happened to anyone before? Got my fingers and toes crossed.

Me again. Who would I call to find out this info? Would my TA be notified? Thanks

It sounds as if you may have gotten an upgrade??? I would be jumping up and down with ants in my pants till I found out for sure!!! If I could not get my TA right away, I would call the DCL 1-800 number. Even if you booked thru a TA, If you were VERY nice, and explained that you were just wanting to ask one little question, and not make any changes or requests.... Perhaps they would be able to verify that room number????? Good luck!

Also, I have never been.... but I wanted to go ahead and mention that seems like the glass bottom boat at Nassau has not gotten great reviews on the board here.

I dont think Ill sleep tonight. Our TA is on vacation this week. Maybe thats why she hasnt called us. Ill try DCL tomorrow. How about the glass bottom boat at CC?

We went on the glass bottom boat in Nassau in 2002. We liked it, but we did not get to see a whole lot. It was really windy and they couldn't take us out that much. The boat ride and seeing Nassau was really nice, though.

I would not recommend this excursion. Most of the time on the boat is spent going to/from the ocean site. Once we arrived, the colors were washed out, there was not much to see and the viewing area is cramped.

On our next trip to Nassua (where we did this excursion) we will stay on the ship and enjoy it while its not crowded!

We will be on the Wonder 8/21 sailing and were upgraded from a 9 to a 5. Are you on the same sailing?
