Putting Credit on an Onbard Account before leaving...

Who do I call to put a credit on our onboard account prior to leaving on our cruise next week? I have some redemption reward points that will expire on Dec. 31, 2015 if I do not do something with them!

If you booked through DCL, call them. If you booked through a travel agent, call them. I did this in the past with my travel agent.

You need to use the In-room gifts order form. There's a place on there to add Onboard Credits.

One note - faxed form must be received no later than 48 hours prior to cruise.

I've found it better to call the 1-800 number on that form rather than fax it. They've misplaced my form when I've faxed it and I ended up having to call anyway.
