Purple Monsters Inc. Doors

What are these worth? Like compared to pirate quest items, snowmen, and other rare stuff.

A guy told me once that they are worth Flip or Bird but not that many people know that.

The Purple Doors were host prizes given out during one of the first months in 2006. They are more rare in quanity I think than even the Gold Doors (given out en masse during the Monster Inc ride opening period at DCA). I've found they can be moderately valueable to people who know about them, but most people confuse them with the Pink Doors that used to be tradeable (but haven't been for many months) and/or people already have plenty of the Pink/Gold and don't need the Purple. So unless you find a collector it can be difficult to move the Purple Doors.

LOL Goofy, hmm.. couldn't have been thinking of me when you mentioned a "collector" could you? I think you have seen how many sets I have, and for the life of me, I can't imagine why I would be "into" purple

Heh, to be truthful I actually wasn't thinking of you, but you are the perfect example... As to why you've got so many doors, I'll paraphrase Dave Barry for you when he said there's a fine line between "collectors" and "mental illness" - LOL

Oh yes Goofy, you are correct. BUT.. my purple doors ARE a collection.. it's all my two or three hundred Donald Ducks irl, that fall into Dave Barry's "over the line mental illness"!!

Give this guy a churro If trading purple doors with patience you will get a nice bounty for them. But only real traders will know their worth. Patience is the key
