Purchasing UPH tickets before check-in time. Is it possible with DVC discount?

We are going to be staying at BWV on points in March. However, due to flight issues we are going to be arriving very late and staying at Pop Century the first night we arrive. If we go to Boardwalk the next morning we will be there far in advance of actual check-in time. Can we however, go ahead and buy UPH tickets for our trip and receive the DVC discount? Thanks for your help.

I don't see a problem. You can check into the Boardwalk quite early in the morning - I've read as early as 7 or 7:30 a.m. Your room will most likely not be ready, but you will still get keys/resort IDs and can purchase your UPH ( with the DVC discount) at that time. You just call later in the day to find out your room number. They won't give you the number until the room is ready.

CarolMN is correct--you can obviously check-in well in advance of 4pm, receive your room keys and purchase the UPH with the member discount.

However just be aware that you will not receive Disney's Advance Purchase pricing. You will get 10% off of the "gate" prices for the UPH that you purchase.

Too bad they couldn't figure out a way for we DVCers to receive both discounts.
