I use them and I did for Disney tickets in Dec. The tickets they had with park hopping were the best deal we could find, even better than the DVC 25th Anniversary tickets. We used them during a blackout time then upgraded all our tickets (mix of these and 25 Anniversary DVC) to Silver and one Gold. We actually got a credit toward the other upgrades from these tickets. I also have a relative who used them for Disney tickets and had no issues. You can order and print them out. However, you do need to keep an eye on some of the other fees they charge. For a Power Pass for NO, the added fees made them more expensive than some other options. I've also bought tickets for LV shows from them. IF the price is right and the tickets they have fit your needs, I'd highly recommend them.
I read through a number of the complaints on Consumer affairs, most of what I saw was related to people not understanding what they were buying and not doing their due diligence. A 10 day PH is around $8 cheaper than UT and you can get them electronically. As I noted above, I've used them for several things. But I've also seen where the taxes and fees made them more expensive than I could get elsewhere.
