Purchasing tickets through Beneplace/Will Call

Good Morning,
My family and I are looking to buy our tickets through my corporate discount broker - Beneplace. According to Beneplace, if we go through them, we will not receive our ticket numbers to link to MDE until we go to will call. I thought I could just use my confirmation number to link the e-tickets prior to arrival. Has anyone else come across this?
