Purchasing the 5 day in a row pass on-line

How many days does this take to process and be ready at the parks. Where is this will-call located? Does it bill the credit card right away?

I'm not sure how long they take to process since we bought ours on line a week ahead of time but they were ready and waiting once we got there at any rate. The Will Call kiosks are located next to the booths in front of the parks where you would normally purchase tickets if you went that route. You just swipe the original credit card, type in the code you were given and the tickets print out. You have to sign them and MIGHT have to counter sign when you enter one of the parks. I only countersigned once. My credit card was billed as soon as I picked up the tickets if I'm not mistaken. (Can someone confirm?)
