Purchasing smaller GCs with a larger GC... which stores?

In your experience, which stores have allowed you to purchase their gift card (not a 3rd party) with one of their own gift cards in order to either purchase smaller value cards OR to combine 2 or more to create a larger balance card?

I know I've been able to do it at starbucks, barnes & noble, and target. Just wondering what other stores allow it. Thanks! Sorry if this has been discussed before.
