I tried to purchase the presale 14 day package this morning, but it won't go to the actual cart. I added the package to the cart and hit next, it took me to the log-in/new member page, i entered my info, it took me back to the page that lists all the packages, and never takes me to a payment screen or anything. Has anyone else had this problem? I tried clicking the help and contact us buttons but nothing comes up.
