purchasing packages for June 2006?

We are in the early stages of planning a high school graduation trip in June of 2006. There will be 6 all total and I think a package with dining would be the best way for us to go.

When do all of you recommend purchasing a package? I have AAA and I want to be able to use that discount. We want to stay at POFQ for 6 nights. Looking at going on June 6-12.
