Purchasing memory maker

Ok, I must be dense so any help explaining would be good. Myself and another family re linked on MDE. The other family has us all linked except my son, she can't get him added. We want to purchase memory maker. Since we all show ok my account, I was going to do it, but she is paying. When I started the purchase process, it said choose who is using it. It only lets you choose one person. Does it matter is I put her(the other mom) or me? Will we all share pictures, including my son, if she takes the lead?

It doesn't matter who you put, but ONLY that person will be able to make the edits to the photos (unless you log into their account) and download the photos. They will also be the only ones with access to the ride photos and videos.
