purchasing DVC premium pass

Can these be bought at any hotel on property? We are going to spend a week at Coronado Springs and wanted to go ahead and get these since we are going back in June. Also-if I can't find either of my membership cards (I have 2 different memberships) would a photo id work? would they be able to verify my membership that way? Thank you!

They gave me a bit of a hard time when I got mine a couple of years ago. We were staying at OKW and I picked it up at Guest Relations at the Magic Kingdom. They called back to OKW to verify I was a DVC member as I had left my card at the resort. If I were you, I'd get hold of MS and have them send me a new card.

They really need to have your member #, they key it into the computer when issuing the pass. So if you could bring something with your member # on it like your dues statement it would help.

By all accounts CSR should be able to issue the DVC AP, but you will probably be asking a confused CM who never issued a DVC AP. (That even happened to me at Guest Relations inside DAK, then another CM said something like "try code 21". "Hey, that worked!").

And, yes I would call MS and find out about getting a replacement card. You may be able to pick one up @ the SSR sales center.

The Preview Center @ SSR can issue replacement member id cards. They would be the same plastic ones that are mailed out.
