Purchasing DVC AP questions

We'll be purchasing our first DVC APs in August and have a few questions:


1. We'll be going to MK first, so do we purchase them at the MK ticket window or at TTC?

2. We plan to get there 30 min before RD. How long of a line should we expect at the ticket window?

3. Do we all need to be present when we purchase or can I get them before my DH arrives with the kids?

1: we got ours at the guest relations window at MK.

2: I wouldn't think there would be much of a line, maybe a few people.

3: Its been a while since we got them but I think both DW and I had to be present with our DVC membership cards to get them.

You can purchase APs at any park (including water park) ticket window or Guest Services location, or one of the Downtown Disney Guest Services locations.

2. We plan to get there 30 min before RD. How long of a line should we expect at the ticket window?

3. Do we all need to be present when we purchase or can I get them before my DH arrives with the kids?

All adults (ages 18 and up) must be present and show a photo ID with the same address as on the DVC membership. You must also show your DVC Member ID Card.

DH tried to pick up my AP when he was down in February and he could only get his. I had to pick up mine in March when I went down. DS renewed his the beginning of the month and I was told DH has to pick it up this weekend when he goes down with DS.
