Purchasing AP - help needed!

I am trying to purchase an Annual Pass - I have changed to the USA version of the WDW site, but when adding the pass to the cart get this message There are no products available online for the type of tickets you requested.

Any ideas on what I need to do? Thanks

We had the same problem last year, don't think you can buy the AP online from the UK. We went to Downtown and purchased them from guest relations there.

I tried again and this time it let me add it to the cart, but then I couldn't check out

I will ring tomorrow now - do they email a voucher to you if purchasing over the phone?

I've bought them online but cannot remember how! Just got the voucher emailed to me.

I bought them on the phone as well. I think they emailed the vouchers and then I collected them from Downtown Disney customer services on our arrival evening.

I was thinking of collecting from DTD - glad I bought it mow after seeing the price increases
