Purchasing Annual Pass on DW Website

Good Morning!

Quick intro...I have been lurking on these boards forever. We are headed to Florida in late August for a family trip. I was last there in 2010 for work, but my last trip with my husband was almost 17 years ago before we had kids. Now all of us are going and we are pretty excited.

I use the Disney Visa and have transferred all our rewards points to a redemption card. Starting yesterday I have been on the official DW site and cannot seem to purchase an annual pass. I just keep getting error messages. I was just curious if anyone else has experienced problems with this. I am assuming I should be able to buy an annual pass online!

Hmmm....I think I may have discovered the issue. I am trying to purchase one Annual Pass and one 10 day pass. That is what it doesn't like. I assume I just need to do two separate transactions?

No - I think there is a disney website problem. I am trying to buy 2 annual passes via the website. When I try to add them to my shopping cart, I get the error message:

• An error occurred. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, please try at a later time.

I have tried multiple browsers and multiple computers. Nothing but this same message. I am simply trying to buy 2 adult annual passes. Anyone else having problems?

I eventually had to purchase mine in two separate transactions. I never could get it to work otherwise. Definitely seems to be a glitch on their end.
