Hello Everyone, I am considering purchasing an annual pass a gift for someone who lives in a different state, one advantage is I have Chase Disney Visa Card and I assume I will get interest free for 6 months

Anyway my main question is, purchasing it as a "gift voucher" will the other person have to show the credit card that I used online? I hope not

There is an option to buy a gift voucher online, therefore Disney knows it is not being redeemed by the cardholder. One additional question is, does the recipient have a trip planned in the next year? The vouchers do have an "activate by" date associated with them. The policy has been that if it's after the date to apply the voucher value, but you might want to verify that's still the case.

YES LOL they live in Southern California, I live in Texas so would be going at least once or month if not more, and diffidently in December

Thanks for the reply

Ah, I thought the recipient lived in a state other than CA, and I was thinking, it could get quite pricey to use that gift.

I don't believe you get the 6 month financing on tickets. -- Suzanne
