Purchasing Animal Hope to stay over halloween

we are looking to purchase a animal kingdom DVC. I am hoping to close late Feb early March do I have any change at getting a value room over Halloween Oct 24 - Nov 4.

OK it looks like value is a no at only 8 room but what about deluxe studio at either one.

Closing takes 75-90 days from an accepted offer. A studio at AKV might be a stretch, but SSR should be available, or a one-bedroom at several locations.

There are 18 value studios; 8 dedicated and 10 connecting to make a two-bedroom lock-off.
