Purchasing an Annual Pass

I want to take my sister and her children to Disney with us in Jan 2006. If I buy an annual pass, I understand I can get up to 45% off the rooms. Can anyone give me a few tips on this?

I suggest go to the resorts board and then to codes and rates. You may get a discount on rooms but they aren't always offered. It is first come first served when the discounted rooms come out.

How do you determine when it would be a better cost savings to buy an annual pass? Any idea where I can find the prices of 2006 annual passes?

I would look on the Disney site. There is no discount for the purchase of an annual pass.
