Thanks for your help, I will def look those up... Yes, well aware of the RoFR and yes it is low and a total roll of the dice...But I am gonna roll away....You need to just get in touch with a title company who can handle the contract and the process.
It still has to go through RoFR, and if priced to low, DVD can buy it from the seller. No way around that.
There are several ones out there to choose from.

Hope it works out for you! You obviously never know but most ROFR activity recently has been on resorts they’re planning to actively sell (Polynesian, grand Floridian, old key west). Thanks for your help, I will def look those up... Yes, my family has used them for several gratuitous transfers for DVC and non-DVC timeshares. They’re also well known and trusted on Timeshare Users Group (www.tugbbs.com) for processing timeshare sales as well.Have you used Lt transfers ?
