I would like to purchase a dining plan for my 2 year old as we are not eating many buffets and I feel I will end up buying food for him. I thought I had read that this was possible but when I called they told me I couldn't. Anyone have any experience with this?

You can't, unless you register him as being 3. The dining plan is not available for children under 3. The problem with that is that if you are buying a room/tickets package, you would also need to buy him a park ticket. If you're on an AP package or DVC and you don't need tickets, you can just say he's 3.

It would be cheaper to buy out of pocket as putting him on the package would require him to be registered as 3 and then require the purchase of a park ticket.
