Purchases to Resort Hotels

Hi

Please can someone clear up for me whether packages you buy at the parks can be delivered to your hotel and will they get delivered same day? We are staying at GF and AKL during our stay. Thanks

Purchases can be delivered to your hotel (gift shop usually) but, it will not be the same day. It will be the following day.

Purchases made before 7pm will arrive at your resort's gift shop after 1pm the following day. Purchases made after 7pm will be 2nd day delivery (after 1pm on the 2nd day.) Hope this helps!

We stay at the Shades of Green resort and the guest services folks leave a message on our phone when our packages arrive at the front desk for pick up. We use this service for the ride photos we buy so we will not have to worry about ruining them. Usually, I try to stuff my other purchases in my backpack so I can look at them at the hotel that night;o)

You can also have your purchases sent to the front of each park and pick them up when you leave the park later that day.

Not all purchases can be sent back to your room. We did the silhouettes at MK and they do not send those back to your room. You can BRING them to the main gate and pick them up when you leave but they won't send them because the people that do those are "contractors" and not official employees and since they are one of a kind, they won't do the delivery service.

Pacakges delivered to your hotel will get there the day after you purchase them after 3PM.

If you are in a park, you can get poackages delivered to Package Pick-Up right at the park, and you can take them when you leave the park. You usually have to give them a couple of hours to get them from where you bought them to the package pick-up spot though.

Also, at Epcot there is Package Pick-UP at both the front gate and the International Gateway gate, so specify which one you want it to go to.
