Purchases from Disneystore.com - can I return to Disney Store outlets?

Hi I recently made some purchases on Disneystore.com

If I have problems with sizing, etc - am I able to return/exchange at my local Disney Store or will I have to ship back, etc? I would MUCH prefer just going to my local Disney Store rather than paying shipping.

I was told when I had to do an exchange that if they carry it in the store than yuo will be able to return and exchange it. The girl that I spoke to did have to ask her manager... I had to exchange shoes last week and since they had them in store I had no problems.

I did this years ago and had no trouble. It was so long ago (5 years?) that I don't remember what the item was but I don't think it was something they carried in the Disney Store.

SO I would suggest asking to be sure.

I do know I brought in the item and my receipt and got a refund with no hassle.

Thanks! I'm pretty sure i'll be happy with what I bought...but with clothes you just never know with how the sizing will run.

Yes, you can. I ordered stuff before our trip in July that I decided to return for various reason (sizing, quality, etc.) to the Disney Store Outlet @ Grapevine Mills in TX. No problems whatsoever!

DS works at the Disney Store Outlet at Bergen Town Center and he says they will take back anything bought online regardless of whether or not they carry it in the store.
