Hi -

We are headed to WDW this Friday (Wilma, stay away!). I'm just now thinking about purchasing WDW Park tix, as I was planning on just getting them once we got to Orlando.

I called the concierge at our hotel and he suggested buying them through Expedia. HAS ANYONE DONE THIS??? I was fine with it until I realized that you print a voucher and take this voucher to the park gate to exchange for your tickets. A little freaky when you're considering it's a $1,000 piece of paper printed off your computer........

If you've purchased WDW tic using Expedia, or if you know of a RELIABLE place to get discounted WDW tickets, I'd really appreciate it. (Since we leave in 4 days, however, I don't want to rely on them being mailed in time...)

Thanks as always,

Kristen

I have read here somewhere that if you purchase them at the Orlando Welcome Center they are a little cheaper.

I've not purchased my tickets through expedia. The first tickets I bought were part of a package and after that we bought annual passes. However, I buy a lot of other things through expedia. I almost always purchase my airfare (sometimes close to a $1000) and I've purchased hotels and rental cars through them. I've never had any problems

I booked my package including tickets last year. When we checked in we received our tickets - all we had to show was a photo id. Maybe call the hotel and ask them if you purchase the tickets where can you pick them up at?? or call expedia and check. Good Luck
