Purchase with purchase?

Are there any purchase with purchase deals going on that I should know about? Last trip I got a cute DL backpack on a purchase with purchase.

Holiday Tote (at least at DCA) has been replaced. I'm horrible at describing things, but it's blue and has a white castle design on it i believe.

Got this today. It's an insulated tote. 15.95 with purchase.

I saw a man carrying it the other day and we got to talking about it. His wife is happy with it because it's something HE will carry and she doesn't have to always carry the bag.

I got it at the shops in DCA across from Ariel/Cove Bar. With my BB8 purse purchase.

(BB8 purses and R2D2 and Phasma etc purses can be bought at amazon, or even from loungefly itself, for a good deal less than at Disneyland, FYI) (liveandlearn)

I was at the Fantasia shop at the Disneyland Hotel today, and they had the blue tote that Bumbershoot is showing, and they also had a similar throw.

I got the blue insulated tote and was pleasantly surprised at the size of it! It's about the size of an average sized bag. When I read insulated tote, I was picturing a small one like you'd pack your lunch in.
The Mickey throw also comes in a drawstring backpack. I did not get it though. The throw is orange colored and not a color that I'm normally drawn to.

One thing I might add is that I had many purchases that would have qualified me to get either of these items and not one time did any cashier offer it to me. I was in World of Disney making a purchase and I asked about it. That was the only way I got it. My mom made several purchases too and no one ever offered it to her either. I don't know if this is the norm now or what? I would say if you know you want it, speak up because no one will offer it!

I believe to qualify for the throw & backpack, your purchase had to be $25? To get the insulated tote, your purchase had to be $40.

Same at the DCA store I bought at. It's ultimately a pretty simple bag. I'll have to fill it and take more pictures of it. Always takes a bit of time when I get home to start dealing with photos etc!


I never expect them to tell me about a purchase with purchase; they have ample signage, so if I'm paying attention I will see it. Thankfully I had a head's up by the gentleman at DTD, so when I finally had a purchase, I remembered to look at the sign to see the full deal.

Thanks! I will be there next week and look forward to it. I bought really lovely small red suitcases one year but then had to pay for them at the airline as extra luggage to get them home .
