Purchase of DDP?

Hi!

Would I be able to purchase the dining plan if I do not have a vacation package? I'm thinking of getting YES tickets and just booking room only, but I'd love to be able to buy the dining plan as well and just wanted to make sure this is an option. Thanks!

If you purchase the dining plan, your reservation will have to be re-booked as a package with tickets. Minimum ticket for paid dining plan is a one-day base ticket for each person in the same room. Minimum ticket for free dining is a two-day base ticket for each person. As long as you don't use the tickets, they never expire. We have some package tickets at home that we will use on a future trip. They are fully upgradable to 10 days max.

You can book a room only through a DVC memeber or DVC reseller like David's. You can then have the DDP added to your reservation without having to buy tickets.

That isn't related to the OP's question about YES tickets though. Although the statement is true.
