280 pts @BCV. $78/pt. Feb UY. Buyer pays closing. Delayed closing until Sept. (Owner has trip scheduled.) 69 '10 points and all '11 points. MF's already paid for '10.

Resale agent said points price low but may have a good chance due to delayed closing and me paying closing cost. Delayed closing concerned me but agent assured me points would be there at closing. (No points = No close.) We already had our trip planned scheduled for this year so no biggie for us.

DVC did quote me (after I told him of resale) of BCV at $115 a point with 09 and 10 points included. Price over long run still favored resale.

Great deal, good luck with it! If for some reason it does not pass ROFR do not get discouraged, resale is a very good deal! Keep and eye of the ROFR thread it does give you a good idea of what is passing through and what is not.
