Cooking Pumpkin Pie Mix

I have a million cans of pumpkin pie mix I don't know how I eneded up with. Not just pumpkin, but the one that you just add a few things to and dump it into a pie shell. All of the recipes I come across use regular pumpkin. Does anyone have any good recipes that use the mix instead?

I use the mix in my pumpkin bread recipe. I just don't add the spices (I usually add more pumpkin pie spice) and take the water out of the recipe. You can use the mix in most recipes that call for pumpkin, you just have to figure out what to 'remove'.
