Pumpkin Job Recipe for the Crockpot

The search function is down, and I can't find it. Does anyone have the rercipe for the "Pumpkin Job" that you make in the crockpot?

Pumpkin Job
16 oz pumpkin
2½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
¾ c sugar
½ c Bisquick mix
2 Tbl margarine
2 eggs
Spray crockery with non-stick spray. Beat ingredients together until smooth with a hand mixer. Pour into crockery. Cook on Low 6-8 hours, High 3-4 hours. Top with cool whip or ice cream. Optional: add 2 apples sliced. Serves 6

What, exactly, is "pumpkin pie spice"? I'm assuming equal amounts of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg - am I on the right track?

It is primarily those spices, plus maybe allspice. You can buy it in the spice aisle premixed. Its actually called Pumpkin Pie Spice. Its good on butternut squash or sweet potatoes too.
