Don't know the answer but am intrigued by the concept of pulled pork nachos. They sound like they would be best paired with a Lapu Lapu from the Tambu Lounge.

Oh, I'm sure they would! But, Captain Cook's would be more appropriate a venue with the kids...
I am considering leaving them in the room late evenings though and see how that goes. At home, we generally don't leave our 7 year old with the two teenagers.
I read a review recently that mentioned the nachos at Captain Cook's were "similar" to the ones from the lounge as well as being slightly cheaper. It didn't specify what the difference(s) were...if I had to guess, I'd say portion size and/or presentation but I don't have first hand knowledge.
I'm interested in the responses you get to your question though! We're planning to get these nachos on our next trip at the end of November and have been trying to decide whether we should go to Tambu or Captain Cook's for them. Territory Lounge at Wilderness Lodge had some amazing pulled pork nachos last year which are not currently on the menu...we're trying to find a substitute.
I can honestly tell you that the pulled pork nachos from Captain Cook's were one of the BEST things I have ever eaten at Disney. They are INCREDIBLE! I haven't tried the nachos from Tambu Lounge.
