Do the pull down beds have some kind of devise that keeps kids from falling?

If you mean the bunks that come down from the ceiling, they have a rail. If you wish, your stateroom host can put a "double rail" on the bed so that it extends the entire length of the mattress instead of just about 4 feet of the length. And, if you are worried about a child falling out of the couch flip bed, they can also put a rail on this bed.

I am fairly certain the bedrails used on the convertible sofas also attach to the upper berths.

Here's a picture of one of them!

The above picture is the "half rail." If you ask, your stateroom host can put 2 of these on the bed so the railing runs from pillow to foot!

Oh, ah, um...I should take the Duct Tape off the packing list, then?

That's great to know! I love how there are so many helpful suggestions on the boards. Thank you! :goodvibes

:rotfl2:

You may still want it. Kids bouncing off the walls and all:lmao:

Both my kids are "movers" in thier sleep and we never had an issue with falling out of the pull down beds on the ships. Now put them in a normal bed on land and that is a differant story:rotfl:
