Puerta Vallarta - Paradise Village Resort & Spa

My Husband and I will be going to Puera Vallarta in May, and I was wondering if anyone else has been to the Paradise Village Resort and has any information for me. What's it like? Were you able to do the all inclusive deal? What excursions did you do? How was the food? Any information anyone can give me would be great.
