Publix Weekly Ads

Can someone explain to me how this website works? Is it just a guide to what's on offer that week in the store or do I need to print the various bits out in order to get the deals?

Publix always has their weekly ads available in the front of the store. Some of the ads are just showing the sale prices and a select few need coupons.
