Hi, we like going to Publix when we're in Florida. Which Publix location would you recommend for us? We'd like to avoid International Drive area due to the congestion. We'll be at WL. I know we've stopped at one I think it was exit 2, the Publix was right outside of a timeshare resort (can't remember the name!), but that was on the way from the airport. Now we're going to shop the next day. Thoughts?
thanks!!

There is a Publix about 4.5 miles away off Reams Road (north of the MK) in the Lakeside Village Center.

The address is:
7880 Winter Garden Vineland Rd
Windermere, FL 34786

ETA: this is the same Publix that @BillPA provided the google maps link to.

Hi, just saw the one on S. Apoka Vineland Road, would that be a good choice?
thanks!

Note that World Drive, north of the Contemporary, is posted for "Service and Authorized Vehicles Only."

We drove to that Publix from the WL a few months ago, it's fine. Put the address in Google Maps and it will take you there.

You might be fine, or you might be lucky. The signs are pretty clear.

I think that sign is for the left lane so you don't go into the back 'stage' area of Space Mountain.

ok thanks, I think we were back in that area once, maybe to get to another resort? Anyway, thanks everyone!

I was there in May while staying at BW. Very little traffic, highly recommend it.

Great thank you! The only time I like food shopping is on vacation lol!

There's a sign on the other side of the street, too. They're past the turnoff.

Those signs say what they say, but they're kind of useless in that size and placement. By the time you can read them you're already in the forbidden zone and there is nowhere to turn and head back for quite a ways.

I also remember several years back before they reconfigured all the roads around the Magic Kingdom that it was routine to circle around the north/back of the park.
