What is creme cake at Publix? What does their cannoli filling taste like. Getting a Publix wedding cake for VR in December and trying to pick flavours. Any ideas, suggestions.

Creme cake is not your normal cake w/icing. I don't know how they make it but it's just a cake w/flavor and most of the time some kind of glaze on it. I've never had the cannoli. But for their normal cakes, yummy! That is where I get all of my birthday cakes.

creme cake is dense, almost like a pound cake. It's usually round, like a bundt cake not a layer cake and it's glazed not iced.

cannoli filling is yummy. add fresh strawberries and you've got my dh's favorite.
