Public transit from Disneyland to Hollywood?

Does anyone have directions on how to do this? I heard something about taking a commuter train out of fullerton but I can't find any more info. We're staying at the Hotel Menage on Harbor if that helps. Thanks!

This would be hard to do... I guess you could take the train from Fullerton to Union Station, then transfer to the red line, but... it's not like mass transit in some other cities.
