pts @ NON-DVC DLR hotels

How would you go about checking on using pts at Paradise Pier or the Dusneyland Hotel? We are already staying @VGC for three nights w extended family but we would like to have another night or two just us. Grand Cali is full so I was thinking about checking other DLR hotels.

On points, you book through Member Services. There is usually a $95 fee to transfer ponts outside the DVC resorts, but I think DLR is still exempt from that fee.

DLR hotels are still exempt from that $95 fee, but if you transfer your points to book Disney Collection hotels you can't get them back to DVC points if you decided to cancel.
