We had hoped for Sci-Fi on the day we're at DHS, but that just doesn't seem to be happening. :)

I had a lunch adr for 50's Prime Time Cafe already, but just happened to get a dinner adr today.

This will be our first time dining there, is there a big difference in the service/atmosphere from lunch to dinner?

The menus don't appear to be drastically different...just some minor stuff.

It'll be a party of 6 (4 adults and a 12yr old and 4 yr old).

We've done both and I don't recall any differences. We were on the DxDP, if that matters.

I think allears.net has the menus for all restaurants, all meals. That may help.

Edit: sorry, saw you already scanned the menus. No, there wasn't any difference in the service. I liked the dinner more just b/c it felt like a homey, old fashioned dinner place. We were a party of 4 and so were seated at a coveted "TV table" every time we went. We loved it. If you've never been, get there a little early to take in the waiting area. It's fantastic, esp. if you can remember some of the stuff on display.

No difference. Places that serve both lunch and dinner are usually packed from 11:30 all the way through closing, so the transition from lunch to dinner is invisible. This is defintely the case with PTC. People get seated at 3:00. Is that a late lunch? Others get seated at 4:00. Is that an early dinner? See what I mean? How could the experience at 4:00 be any different than at 3:00? Or 5:00? In other words, unlike most restaurants, they do not close at 2:30 and then re-open with a different vibe. They just keep plugging away all day.
