DVC is just as much of an emotional purchase as it is a financial one. As a recent owner of DVC, I often wonder how we may or may not become victims DVC’s hidden agenda. Now that I own, there are a few ‘feelings’ that I have now that I never had as a cash buyer such as add on-itis, you feel like deluxe is the new standard and you can’t go back, justifying longer trip or bigger rooms to “use the points,” spending more in the parks because you saved on the room.
Has this happened to you? And what are the things you gain from buying DVC that I have yet to experience?
