I have been assured that consoles bought in the US will not play our UK software so beware of the cheaper US prices, it will not benefit you here :sad1: .

The US PSP is region encoded (like a DVD player) for the UMD movies only, the games side of it isn't. So you can buy a US PSP and still buy games over here just not the UMD movies.

I'm leaving for London on Monday for 9 nights and I wonder if my Mintex DVD player can play on the TV in England. We'll be staying at a timeshare, 2 Hyde Park and the Kennsington Hilton. Do I need special jacks and stuff? Also do you know how I can use my computer in London. It is set for overseas use but what about an ISP? How can I do it? When we travel I always use AOL.

I was in central London today and was able to get one from Game, but John Lewis, and Selfriges both had them. Toys R Us in Croydon has some as well.

Try buying online for the major stores, or trying obscure locations.
