All decongestants have the possibility of making you jittery - for most people, pseudoephedrine is the least likely - others like phenylephrine are more likely to do it, so you should avoid ALL decongestant-containing products.
Aerius is a newer antihistamine that has some decongestant effects, without actually containing a decongestant, so it may be ideal for you. Saline nasal sprays also have some decongestant effects. Avoid medicated nasal sprays like Otrivin or Dristan if you can because your nose can get "hooked" on them, and you'll need to use more and more over time.
