PSE for digital scrapbooking help

How do i add a shadow to elements... I am doing digital scrapbook pages and thought my elements might need a shadow.. I am using version PS elements 8

Sorry, I don't use that program, can't help you out, however, Isn't there a help section in the program? Can you do a search for a tutorial? I know there are some great tutorials out there for PSE.

on the right hand side there should be a column that has your layers and effects. the drop shadows are under the effects tab. hope that made sense.
