I just made a reservation for this breakfast this morning, and they did not ask me for a deposit. Do they require a deposit for this breakfast or not? I have read conflicting reports.

Perhaps he was sick of making me repeat everything a few times since my voice is really hoarse from a cold I have had a few days now LOL :D I don't blame him. I wouldn't want to talk to me either LOL

Thanks for your help!

As far as I know they don't require a credit card for booking Kathy. :)

They are supposed to take a credit card when you book PSB. WDW Dining started doing this in late April if I recall correctly. You might want to call back and verify the PS with them to make sure. Wouldn't want your PS cancelled on a technicality.

When I first began to write this post about my early May booking for an August PSB PS, I was going to say no credit card was required. But in reading my PS notation, it states I need to cancel within 48 hours, so I must have given a credit card. I don't think a deposit has been charged as they do for CRT. I'll have to look over my cc statements to be sure.

Thanks for the replies everyone :)

I called back yesterday afternoon, and they do require a cc guarantee. Thankfully my reservation was still there. The CM said "It looks like somebody did not do thier homework" in regards to the CM who took the reservation. I was surprised it let him book it w/o putting one in. The CM I talked to applied my CC w/o any problems and did not say anything about charging me a deposit, but she did warn of the 48 hour cancellation policy. So all is well :)

Thanks again!

Ok, Im usually pretty good with these , but what is PSB?
Is it the new Princess Story Book Character Breakfast in Norway?

ShaneV, yes you are correct.

I also have read that this breakfast would now require a credit card deposit (like CRT's)..but I have another question???? When did they make it a 48 hour cancel, CRT's was always a 24 hour cancel, has that changed too??

So ok, they actually don't charge your credit card like they do with CRT's, it's just a credit card hold???? Ok, then that would make sense that it would be a 48 hr cancel so I would assume CRT's is still a 24 hr cancel. (not good to assume but that's what it sounds like)
