We recently returned from our trip to the World and Disney Cruise Line. I wanted to forewarn folks who take their Owners Locker's on the Cruise Line as to our recent experience.
We received our OL from the crew the night we embarked with no issues, etc. However, from the time we placed the OL outside our stateroom the night before disembark to when we picked it up off the ship someone/somehow basically "destroyed" the locker. It was ironic when we had the porter grab it, it was sitting next to another OL that was in perfect condition.
I don't have the picture handy of what it ended up looking like after we removed all the plastic wrap from around the box (hope to post later). But long story short, it was completely cracked from one side to 1/2 way through the bottom of it. Items were falling out of the box once we peeled off the plastic wrap. I know luggage is not handled with care but I couldn't believe how the box was cracked so severely especially since I know several folks have had no issues with taking the OL on the ship.
We put a call into Owner's Locker and were VERY VERY VERY impressed with the response and help they gave us. Within several hours of calling Owner's Locker we had a new OL at the BLT with no charge to us. KUDOS to Owner's Lockers!!!!!!
Basically just wanted to let folks know of our recent experience. Sadly, we won't be taking our OL on the ship anymore.
