PSA on Pearl Harbor tix

I just booked ours for July 2, 2017 today. I followed @pam95 directions and it worked perfectly. I went back on the site to check 5 mis later and only after 2:00 pm were available. They go super fast.
Yay - so glad it worked for you. I was shocked at how fast the tickets went.

Mine were gone with in about 3 minutes. You should be logged in and have your account ready and everything set to just hit the button. We got our for June 28, very happy.

Reminder: you do not need to worry! While you can order them ahead of time, you don't need to do so. You can go in the morning and get a free ticket! I took my kids, many years after moving away, and always doing it this way. Just go and get a ticket. If you have like, 2 hours to kill, that is a perfect time to tour the submarine and museum. It is a lot of fun.

I have been many, many times, and never reserved a ticket ahead of time.

I'm not sure how fast they run out, as we booked the Passport to Pearl Harbor, right at 60 days. However, there are tickets released ONLINE, 24 hours before your visit, in ADDITION to the walk-up tickets that are available the day-of. You might have luck with this ticket the day before, so you don't have to worry about rushing down there the morning of, not knowing if you will get tickets. This is from the recreation.gov site:

  • The 24-hour window: If you've tried to reserve tickets but found that none are available for the day and time you want to visit, log back onto recreation.gov on the day before your visit. Every day, recreation.gov releases a certain number of "next day" tickets, beginning at 7:00 a.m. HST. For example, if you want to visit on January 13, you can check for availability starting at 7:00 a.m. HST on January 12.

What time do tickets go on sale for Central Time? I'm trying to get tickets and my day opens up tomorrow.

Got my tickets today at 12 noon CT for 11 a.m. on July 19. Just so everyone knows, all of the tickets were gone by 12:03 p.m. CT for the entire day.
