How do you make it???????
It's pretty simple, at least the way I make it:
1 can chicken broth or chicken stock
3 eggs
1/2 a block of tofu, cut up into small squares (I'm not sure how much it actually is - I just buy it in a block and cut it into halves

)
1 tbs soy sauce
-Bring chicken broth/stock to a boil on the stove, then add the tofu
-Wisk the eggs together in a bowl. Use a fork to scoop up some of the egg and drizzle it into the boiling broth a little at a time. It will cook the second it hits the boiling broth. If you try and put too much in at one time, you'll get thick chunks instead of stringy pieces.
-After all the egg is added, put in the soy sauce.. again, I'm not sure how much soy sauce I use, I just kind of dump some in according to my taste. But 1 tbs would probably be okay to start, and then you can adjust it according to how you like it.
You can add other veggies to it - water chestnuts, carrots, celery, etc. I just prefer mine plain with tofu.
