I just heard this on the radio. Fabulous news!!! Never stayed at a DLR hotel myself (plan to in the future though) but the smell even in non-smoking rooms can be quite unpleasant - you sould smell smoke at our door at the Sequoia in Paris. Even though it was a non smoking room. In my opinion if you want to smoke then you should go out of your way to some place where it won't effect anyone.

That way it may help a few people kick the (absolutely disguating) habit too.
