PS1 games on a PS2

I've got a PS2 and have pulled out some old PSOne games. They'll play just fine on it, but when it comes time to save, they can't find the memory cards.

Any ideas?

So far I've tried this with Disney Dance Revolution, Spyro 3, and the WDW Magical Racing Game.

Easy fix... you need a PS 1 memory card to save PS 1 games on a PS2.

I never knew a PS1 memory card would work to save PS1 games being played on a PS2. My SO's son gets frustrated at not being able to save his PS1 games, so I'll pass this info on to him.
