My boyfriend & I are going to WDW the last week of August! We are planing on going to a couple of different sit down dinners. I was just wondering if anyone knew which resteraunts preferred PS and when is the best time to call for PS?

50's Prime Time Cafe - Dinner
Kona Cafe - Breakfast
Chef Mickey - Dinner

I'd appreciate any help....Thank You!


1991 - 1st time to DW (11yrs old) CBR
1995 - Off site
1999 - CBR
2002 - CBR
2003 - AS Sport
2004 - CBR

You are already within the 90 day window to make priority seatings. Suggest you do so now for 50's Prime Time and Chef Mickey's or you might not get in. I'm not sure about Kona for breakfast.

In order to avoid a wait, you do need to make PSs at Chef Mickey's and 50's. Kona Cafe isn't as busy as the other two, but I would go ahead and make one unless you are going after 10.

They all perfer PSs, but you don't have to have one if you are willing to wait. There can be nights when you can't get in the popular places without a PS.
