What are the latest possible PS times for certian restaurants? Like California Grill?

And if I did CRT for breakfast, what's the latest time for that and what's the earliest time for H&V with the Fantasmic Package?

Here's the list of my meals I'm planning on making PS's for, if anyone could help with times I'd really appreciate it.
